Terms & Conditions — Legal Agreement for amo88 Services

"Platform" refers to the amo88 website (https://amo88.cam), mobile applications, and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesian lottery), and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering).

"User," "You," or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.

"Account" refers to the personal betting account opened by a User on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.

"Funds" refers to all deposits, winnings, bonuses, and other monetary balances held in a User's Account.

You agree to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by amo88 to complete verification. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Age Verification: Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance refunded (excluding winnings, which will be forfeited). amo88 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and cooperates with relevant authorities when violations are detected.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. 3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with amo88. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using the identities of others, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds. amo88 employs fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate or linked Accounts based on personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

amo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

In the event of Account closure, amo88 will return any remaining genuine funds (deposits and legitimate winnings) after deducting any amounts owed to amo88, including unpaid fees, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from breached terms will be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Withdrawal Requests
